By downloading or using MagiSports Zen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

MagiSports Zen is a performance-oriented neural priming application that provides binaural beats, isochronic tones, audio-visual entrainment (AVE), and heart-rate biofeedback tools. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use by athletes and high-performance individuals.

3. Not Medical Advice

MagiSports Zen is not a medical device. The information and tools provided are for performance enhancement and relaxation purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain features of MagiSports Zen require a "Pro" subscription or a one-time purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat. You are responsible for managing your subscriptions and cancellations through your respective app store account settings.

• Free Trial: We may offer a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected subscription period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google, according to their respective policies.

5. Use of the Application

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal use. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Distribute or sublicense the app to third parties.

6. Heart Rate and Health Data

If you authorize the app to access your heart rate data via Apple Health or Google Health Connect, this data is used locally on your device for live biofeedback. We do not store this data on our servers. You are responsible for the accuracy and privacy settings of your data within those third-party platforms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

MagiSports Zen is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that it will meet your specific performance goals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagiSports Zen and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
