Welcome to MagiSports Zen. By using our application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By downloading or using MagiSports Zen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
MagiSports Zen is a performance-oriented neural priming application that provides binaural beats, isochronic tones, audio-visual entrainment (AVE), and heart-rate biofeedback tools. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use by athletes and high-performance individuals.
MagiSports Zen is not a medical device. The information and tools provided are for performance enhancement and relaxation purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
Certain features of MagiSports Zen require a "Pro" subscription or a one-time purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat. You are responsible for managing your subscriptions and cancellations through your respective app store account settings.
On the App Store, a subscription renews until you cancel it. The charge goes to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and again within 24 hours before each renewal. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends in your App Store account settings.
On Google Play, a subscription renews until you cancel it. The charge goes to your Google account. Cancel in your Google Play account settings.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal use. You agree not to:
If you authorize the app to access your heart rate data via Apple Health or Google Health Connect, this data is used locally on your device for live biofeedback. Apple Health returns the newest sample. The first read looks back at most 24 hours. Health Connect is read for the last 6 hours, and the app keeps the newest sample. We do not store this data on our servers. You are responsible for the accuracy and privacy settings of your data within those third-party platforms.
MagiSports Zen is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that it will meet your specific performance goals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagiSports Zen and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
